Konzertstück Tänze
The Can-Can is a type of chorus line dance specific to French Operettas and ballets where female dancers wear costumes with long skirts, petticoats, and black stockings. It is a physically demanding dance that features high kicking, skirt shaking and other lively body movements. The arranger’s treatment of this dance capitalizes on its energetic nature to create a virtuosic tour-de-force for band that provides a fun workout for all players and a great time for audiences!
